Arrival & Check-in

Your rooms will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 7:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to contact us in good time while on your way at +43 5254 8106.

Alternatively, you are also welcome to let us know your expected arrival time in advance by email at info@hubertus-vent.at.

A few days before arrival, you will receive an email where you can already complete your online check-in.
 

Departure & Check-out

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
 

Breakfast Buffet

Start your day well with our excellent breakfast, served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.. On request and for an additional charge, fresh bread rolls are also available daily for your hike.
 

Non-Smoking House

Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house; please use the balcony for this purpose.
 

Parking

One free parking space for one vehicle is available per room in our car park.
 

Internet

Our free Wi-Fi is available both in the rooms and in the breakfast room. The access data or your Wi-Fi ticket will be provided to you at check-in.
 

Mini Fridge

A small refrigerator is available in each of our rooms. Please note that we do not offer drinks for sale.

We kindly ask for your understanding that cooking is not permitted in our rooms.
 

Payment Methods

The room bill can only be paid in cash or in advance by bank transfer to our account.

We do not accept card payments.
 

Booking

For a binding reservation, we ask for a deposit. You will find the relevant payment information in your reservation confirmation.
 

Single Room

We do not offer single rooms. However, for extra space and comfort, we are happy to provide our cozy double rooms for single occupancy.
 

Short Stay

For stays of up to and including 3 days, we charge a short-stay supplement.
 

Dogs and Pets

Dogs and other pets are not permitted in our house.
 

Consideration & Quiet Hours

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask for mutual consideration. Please avoid loud conversations in the corridors, slamming doors, and loud media use during nighttime quiet hours. In this way, you help make sure everyone can enjoy a restful stay.
 

No Daily Room Cleaning by Default:

For the sake of the environment, we deliberately refrain from automatic daily room cleaning. For longer stays, rooms are cleaned every 2–3 days, or at any time upon your express request. Fresh towels are, however, available at any time!

Cancellations:

Sometimes not everything goes according to plan – so here is our cancellation policy:
 

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 61 days before arrival.
• From 60 to 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
• From 29 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
• From 6 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total price.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge for the entire booked stay.

We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

As a Nature Park partner business, you can take part free of charge in the guided hikes in the Ötztal Nature Park – both in Vent and throughout the entire valley.

Please note: Bus fares, lift tickets, and meals are not included in the offer.

Every Monday

Arnica, Ötzi & Co… 
From Vent, the ascent leads through an unspoiled Swiss stone pine forest up to Mutsbühel. Here, a magnificent view opens up of Tyrol’s highest glacier peaks: Wildspitze, Weißkugel, and Similaun. The rich alpine flora is particularly noteworthy.
 

Every Wednesday

Glaciers, Geology, History 
The wide cirques at the foot of “Her Majesty,” Wildspitze (3,768 m), are silent witnesses of a bygone era – mighty moraine ridges, idyllic glacier lakes nestled into the landscape, and rock slabs fascinatingly polished smooth over thousands of years. They are all visible signs of the ever-present shapers of the landscape: the glaciers. The destination of this high-alpine hike is the Breslauer Hut high above Vent.
 

Every Thursday

Venter Hörnle – Following hunters’ trails in search of chamois 
The route leads across the bridge over the Spiegelbach stream and winds its way through fragrant mountain pine forests up to Ochsenkopf, where, depending on the season, a colorful variety of flowers and herbs awaits us. After a short detour to the Hohler Stein, a Stone Age hunters’ camp, the trail continues up to Hörnle (2,406 m), where we enjoy a well-deserved summit snack and admire the breathtaking view of Vent as well as the majestic three-thousand-meter peaks in the surrounding area. The return route leads via the lesser-known hunters’ trail into Niedertal and from there back to Vent.
 

Winter 2025 / 2026

Every Monday

Evening Snowshoe Hike 
…with a headlamp, depending on conditions, through the Niedertal gorge or around Vent, approx. 2 hours. Afterwards, a stop for refreshments. (Refreshments not included and subject to a fee!)
