Our family-friendly ski area with two chairlifts and two drag lifts is perfect for a relaxing ski holiday with the whole family. Here, it's not about speed, but about enjoyment – far away from the hustle and bustle, and party noise.
On around 15 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, you can enjoy winter sports without crowds or long waits. Carve your turns in peace – surrounded by the impressive mountains and fresh Alpine air.
Those who like sporty and varied activities can easily reach the neighboring ski areas of Sölden and Gurgl with the free ski bus. There, an impressive variety of runs awaits skiers of all abilities – from gentle slopes to fast-paced runs.

Snowshoeing

A true nature experience: step by step through deep
snow-covered forests and untouched winter landscapes.
An unforgettable experience in Vent: a snowshoe tour to the sunny Ramolalm. The hike leads through a picturesque pine forest to the uncultivated alpine pasture and offers breathtaking views of the Wildspitze, the Similaun, and the surrounding 3000-meter peaks.
Note: The snowshoe trail is signposted, but not groomed.
Every Monday
Evening snowshoe hike
...with headlamp, depending on conditions, through the Niedertal Gorge or around Vent, approximately 2 hours. A refreshment stop is provided afterward. For a fee!
Every Tuesday
Snowshoe hike in the Ötztal Nature Park
Discover the winter beauty of the Ötztal Nature Park with snowshoes and the fun of hiking together! Our nature park hiking guide will accompany you through the stunning winter landscape and tell you about the Ötztal Nature Park, the legendary Ötzi, or the legendary glacier priest Senn – all about the unique mountaineering village of Vent.

Tobogganing
Toboggan run – Stablein: For all those who want to experience winter on two slopes, Vent offers a 5 km long, perfectly groomed natural toboggan run. A sociable and fun toboggan ride, including a stop at the Stableinalm, is great fun for all ages.
Ski touring:
Mountain adventures with the Vent Mountain Guide Service! The manager, Kilian Scheiber, is a state-certified mountain and ski guide.

Ice skating & Ice Stock Sporting
The ice skating rink (Vent Sports Field) is open daily, weather permitting. Skate rentals are available right next door at the Sportalm Scheiber. Enjoy fun-filled hours under floodlights – ice stock sport is only available in the evenings and upon prior request.
Snow Playground
A large play paradise for the little ones (mid-December to mid-April – depending on snow conditions)
If you want to play in the snow in winter, Vent is definitely the place to be. The snow playground has been created as a small paradise for children. Benches and wellness loungers are available for parents and grandparents to relax on.
